AP: Judge blocks graphic photos on cigarette packages. Like this one:
"Leon found the nine graphic images approved by the Food and Drug Administration in June go beyond conveying the facts about the health risks of smoking or go beyond that into advocacy — a critical distinction in a case over free speech." Actually, I was hoping they would keep the graphic images. That way liberals won't complain when we mandate Planned Parenthood put up pictures of dead babies on their front walls.
