Unemployment still at 9% or greater: Employers add 80K jobs, unemployment rate dips to 9%. 80k jobs can't even keep up with population growth. So it's a net negative. Again.

Remember in early 2009 when Obama promised the unemployment rate would not exceed 8% if we passed his stimulus bill?It's going on 3 YEARS ago and the unemployment rate is still above 9%. Utter. FAIL.

Plus: U.S. stock futures dip after jobs report. They should just start calling it the jobless report instead.
