Where exactly does it say in the Constitution that government employees aren’t allowed to join a prayer session? If I remember rightly, it actually says, “Congress should make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” In general, the courts have held that the free exercise clause covers religiously motivated actions and not just internal belief, so wouldn’t a prayer session count as “the free exercise” of religion? And how is “prayer session” even defined?It's defined however liberals want it defined. Words are just abstract constructs to them, which is why the words in the US Constitution don't mean anything to liberals.

Tina Korbe: Prayer session outside public elementary school causes controversy in Florida. The authors of the US Constitution spent federal tax dollars to print Bibles specifically for public schools. Did the first amendment of the US Constitution get repealed or something?
